Introducing HyperscalerGTM

HyperscalerGTM is the first unified partner-to-marketplace automation platform designed to operationalize partner-led revenue across hyperscaler marketplaces.

Built by Impartner in collaboration with marketplace leaders at Microsoft and AWS, HyperscalerGTM connects partner deal registration, co-sell collaboration, and hyperscaler marketplace execution into a single, automated motion. It removes manual deal desk bottlenecks and ensures partner deals are marketplace-ready the moment a buyer is ready to transact.

Beyond execution, HyperscalerGTM integrates natively with Impartner’s analytics and business planning capabilities to provide end-to-end visibility into co-sell activity, marketplace performance, incentive capture, and revenue impact. This allows organizations to move from fragmented marketplace efforts to a predictable, measurable partner-driven growth engine.

HyperscalerGTM is a specialized automation layer that connects partner deal registration, co-sell collaboration, and hyperscaler marketplace transactions. To use it, you’ll need the foundation of administrative access and deal registration modules, for instance, to manage partner data and securely pass transactions. From there, HyperscalerGTM automates the hyperscaler-specific workflows accelerating your path from partner registration to marketplace revenue.

No, everything you need is included with your Impartner HyperscalerGTM purchase.

While Impartner leverages select APIs and marketplace integrations behind the scenes, all required licensing is fully covered in your Impartner agreement. There’s no need to purchase or manage a separate hyperscaler solution. Your existing business systems continue operating as normal, with HyperscalerGTM seamlessly connecting them into one automated flow.

That’s great. HyperscalerGTM complements whatever you use for your direct marketplace business.

It’s not a standard integration; it’s a built-in automated approach to enable partner transactions on hyperscaler marketplaces.

If you’re using tools like Tackle.io, we can easily share data through your CRM or Impartner Orchestration Studio for unified reporting and analytics.

💬 Quick Tip: Think of HyperscalerGTM as partner-first automation, not just seller marketplace management. It connects partner revenue, marketplace spend (like MACC), and incentives all in one place.

Many companies are exploring automation and AI behind hyperscaler marketplaces but only Impartner’s HyperscalerGTM:

HyperscalerGTM eliminates the manual, slow, and error-prone processes that limit how much business you can drive through hyperscaler marketplaces.

Today, most companies only enable a fraction of their channel deals on the marketplace which means they’re leaving a large percentage in hyperscaler incentives on the table. The reason? Every transaction requires manual data validation, deal desk reviews, and marketplace credential management that don’t scale.

With HyperscalerGTM, you can:

• Automate deal desk validation and private offer creation, no need for partners to have marketplace credentials.
• Scale from hundreds to thousands of transactions without adding staff to maintain offers.
• Increase marketplace revenue by tens of millions and capture anywhere from $400K to 1M+ in additional incentives annually.
• Empower your channel to drive co-sell benefits and incentive capture automatically making your partner organization the growth engine for 2026 and beyond.

In short: if you want to scale your marketplace business and unlock millions in incentive revenue without hiring an army of people, Impartner HyperscalerGTM is the only solution that can get you there.

• ISVs and SaaS vendors selling through hyperscaler marketplaces
• Channel and alliance leaders managing partner GTM programs
• Distributors, resellers, and MSPs driving cloud revenue
• Cloud alliances teams co-selling and transacting via AWS, Azure, or GCP

Each hyperscaler has its own enterprise commitment program. A pre-allocated budget customers must spend within a specific cloud marketplace:

• Microsoft Azure: Microsoft Azure Consumption Commitment (MACC)
• AWS: Enterprise Discount Program (EDP) or Private Pricing Agreement (PPA)
• Google Cloud: Cloud Commitment Agreement (CCA)

These programs matter because customers are highly motivated to pay down their committed spend to unlock discounts and renew incentives.

HyperscalerGTM helps vendors and partners capitalize on these budgets by making their offers eligible under each hyperscaler’s commitment program, enabling partners to:

• Capture pre-committed enterprise budgets
• Accelerate procurement cycles and deal flow
• Increase the percentage of total spend that runs through your channel

In short, HyperscalerGTM helps you align partner-led deals with hyperscaler commitment spend programs turning your channel into a powerful engine for marketplace-driven revenue.

Learn more about MACC

HyperscalerGTM automates the entire path from partner deal registration to closed marketplace revenue, eliminating manual data entry, validation, and offer creation.

Here’s what the flow looks like:

1. Partner registers a deal in your PRM or CRM.
→ The deal is automatically validated and enriched using HyperscalerGTM.
2. Opportunity syncs to the hyperscaler marketplace (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
→ Co-sell details, IDs, and required data fields are auto-populated.
3. Private offers and approvals are generated automatically.
→ No manual entry, credential chasing, or deal desk delays.
4. Transaction closes directly within the hyperscaler marketplace.
→ All revenue counts toward MACC, EDP, or CCA commitments.
5. Data flows back to Impartner Analytics Studio for visibility and ROI tracking.
→ View revenue impact, incentive capture, and partner performance — all in one dashboard.
