Let’s talk
about Rewards Management
Close the loop on partner performance and the partner journey
Make rewards visible to partners so they understand what they are eligible to earn, the rules & requirements, what they have earned, and when they will get paid.
Rewards Management features:
- Define reward calculation rules and requirements.
- Rewards Dashboard displays activities, rewards earned or claimed, and approval status.
- Automate point or cash reward system for individual or company activity related to Deals, Journeys, Training, MDF, and more.
- Integrated with Approval Workflows to support review and validation of earned and claimed rewards before redemption.
- Sync Rewards data to CRM or other external system for fulfillment.
- Tie Reward points into Business Planning or Program Compliance targets.
Motivate your partners by rewarding their engagements
Create a seamless partner experience:
It’s a competitive world out there for the mind share of your partners – and you oftentimes are asking a lot of them with the hopes that they will become profitable. If you aren’t providing motivation as they onboard and scale with you, many will drop off before they really get going. When partners feel like their time dedicated to you is being noticed, they are more motivated to contribute to your bottom line by supporting and promoting your company – which will produce strong relationships and partners who are highly engaged.
Automate reward calculations:
With a rewards program implemented via Impartner’s Reward Management, it’s easy to automate reward calculations and let each partner know their status without tedious tasks nor frustration. All the information is readily available in a clearly communicated fashion that will set you apart from your competition.
